PetView lets you start and control content on your own TV, for your pets, from your phone. You need your own TV device, your own accounts with any streaming services you use, and an internet connection. PetView starts content in third-party apps; it does not host, provide, or license that content, and those apps' own terms apply.
Not affiliated. PetView is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, Max, Paramount+, Amazon Prime Video, YouTube, Tubi, Amazon, Google, or any other streaming service or device maker. All product names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners; we name them only to describe what PetView works with.
Keep your password safe — commands sent from your account control your TV. Only pair TVs you own or have permission to control. You must be 13 or older.
PetView offers a paid subscription as the paid service becomes available. New subscriptions begin with a 7-day free trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, it automatically converts to the plan you selected and renews on its own — $5.99 per month, or $49.99 per year — until you cancel. Billing is handled by Stripe, which charges the payment method you provide at the start of each billing period. Prices are in US dollars; if a price ever changes we'll give you notice, and the change applies only to future billing periods, never the one you're already in.
You can cancel anytime from Account & settings in a couple of taps — no email or phone call needed — and you keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for.
If you're not happy, email us within 30 days of a charge and we'll refund it — no questions asked — to your original payment method.
Don't attempt to access other people's devices or data, probe or overload the service, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.
PetView is currently in beta. It may break, change, or be unavailable at any time, and features may be added or removed without notice.
PetView is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the behavior of third-party apps or devices, for content played through them, or — much as we love them — for what your pet does to the furniture. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the past 12 months (currently: nothing).
We may update these terms; material changes will be noted on this page. You can stop using PetView and request account deletion at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights. You and PetView agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court — except that either of us may still bring an individual claim in small-claims court. Arbitration will take place in Texas, or, at your choice, by phone, video, or written submissions.
Class-action waiver. Disputes will be handled only on an individual basis. You and PetView each waive any right to bring or take part in a class, collective, or representative action.
Your right to opt out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these terms by emailing us at the address below with your account email and the words "arbitration opt-out." If you opt out, disputes are handled by the courts described in Governing law above, and the rest of these terms still apply.
