PetView lets you start and control content on your own TV, for your pets, from your phone. You need your own TV device, your own accounts with any streaming services you use, and an internet connection. PetView starts content in third-party apps; it does not host, provide, or license that content, and those apps' own terms apply.
Keep your password safe — commands sent from your account control your TV. Only pair TVs you own or have permission to control. You must be 13 or older.
Don't attempt to access other people's devices or data, probe or overload the service, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.
PetView is currently in beta. It may break, change, or be unavailable at any time, and features may be added or removed without notice.
PetView is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the behavior of third-party apps or devices, for content played through them, or — much as we love them — for what your pet does to the furniture. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the past 12 months (currently: nothing).
We may update these terms; material changes will be noted on this page. You can stop using PetView and request account deletion at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
